Oh Em Gee, IM bodies!
I just pressed the button and bought my next (fifth) Makie!
I couldn't access my account so I had to make a new one, but it's okay I didn't have any real must-have faces there. Here is the face I made playing around with the maker until I got something that seemed adorable to me:
She has a thinner mouth than I usually end up with, and I think different-shaped eyes. She does however have a strange unsmiling expression, because I like those. I am *hoping* that her body is a reasonable match for her head, but if not I suppose she can just wear things with long sleeves etc. So anyway I have made the leap to getting an IM-bodied Makie. Now to wait for her!

That's basically what I did too, except I didn't create a new account, I just created and purchased mine as a guest.
I'd already contacted Customer Support with a request to reset my password, when I couldn't log-in. However, I'd made up my mind to go ahead and order a Cocoa Makie, so I wanted to do it that day.
Lol, I gave mine a wider nose than I usually do, and possibly plumper lips than usual.
Since we both ordered around the same day! maybe our Makies will be in the same print batch. ^_^
It will be interesting to see how long it takes them to both get home.

I got a text this afternoon saying she'll be delivered by tomorrow. So that's just over two weeks, I was starting to worry a bit.
Re: Oh Em Gee, IM bodies!
Hooray!
My girl will be delivered on the 9th, according to the call I just received from DHL!

I hope so Chove! *crosses fingers too*
Lol, wouldn't that be funny if both our girls arrive on the same day.

The body/head match is better than it looks in photos, it's actually closer than I expected it to be. Her joints are a lot looser than on a new 3DP body, especially her neck for some reason. I need to think of a name for her! And I can't decide if she wants a wee bit of a haircut or not. She is so cute!

Chove, she's adorable! Her little face is just precious, she makes you want to pick her up and give her a cuddle.

Someone arrived here on the tenth, a day late, and wanted to say "Hi!" to his "cousin" in Scotland.
Firlee: "Hey Cousin! I'm glad to see you made it home to Scotland safe and sound. I made it home safely too! "

Re: Oh Em Gee, IM bodies!
Thanks Chove. I'm quite pleased with him, especially once I fixed the light, neon pink lips the Lab's face up artist had given him. Not their fault of course, since as far as they knew it was a girl Makie. Lol, I still would have had to fix it even if Firlee had turned out to be a girl. I'm just not fond of that color lipstick whether it's the current fashion right now or not. Besides, bright pale pink and white lipstick and eyeshadow was all the rage years ago when I was in junior high, and I thought it looked silly then. Lol, on the Cocoa Bean Makies, it just makes them look a bit like one of those Japanese Ganguro girls.

Nice! I like what you did with the lip color, much more neutral.
