Order stuck in processing? Empty Order stuck in processing?

I ordered a batch of wigs on 19th November 2015. My order still (on 5th December) says "Processing". Anyone else having issues?

That does seem a bit long for just wigs, have you tried contacting customer support yet?

Given all the problems with the new website, maybe your order has actually shipped, and the website just isn't updating.

I didn't want to pester them while they were snowed under with the post-Black Friday blowup. If I haven't heard/seen anything by Tuesday I will email them.

Maybe they had to order more of one of the types of wigs, and were waiting for the shipment to come in.  It wouldn't hurt to ask, though.

Yeah, I've sent in an email, said I know they're busy but I just want to make sure there aren't problems.

It's a bit irritating because I'd rather not deal with Makies until they have things all sorted, but I was stuck with a gift card. If I'd known it was this bad I'd have tried to sell the card on! Ah well, live and learn.
