Pretty cool stuff, though if you don't know anything about Pullip dolls, apparently their heads are 1/3 size, which is about the 9" range wigs. 

The hat is wayyyyy too big for my girls but should fit my feeple when it comes.

Well, it says they accept custom orders, and they do offer the hats and stuff for little Pullip, Monster High, and Pukis too.

So you could always ask them if they would be able to make a hat for for a different sized doll if you sent them whatever head measurements they needed.

It might even help if you tell them a bit about Makies, and explain that they wear a size 6-7 wig.

Even if they say, "Sorry, no can do.", you are no worse off then you were before asking.
