My Makie is wearing a size 6-7 For My Doll wig, I've tried her in another and that also fits well.

these guys are based in the USA and sell all manner of dolly paraphernalia.

Facets sell a lot of lovely wigs and will ship worldwide.

This company sell a lot of natural fibres, and also make wigs.

Etsy of course is a great place to find custom doll anything. Search for "6-7 wigs" or "Msd wig" or "1/4 doll size wig" and you should get a nice selection
