Meet Tara.

Excuse the photo quality - right now the light choices are "washed out blazing sun" or "blinds drawn and a little dim", but I thought I'd get some quick pictures up.

Meet Tara: my new (first?) Makie. Still in her arrival outfit, with the obligatory Ikea sofa. (I added the green cushions right away, hate bare sofas) She has a pair of green behind-the-ear hearing aids, they're just barely visible here. Once I've worked out what to do with her hair I'll take some better pictures of those!


This is going to be Tara's room - it's set up on the corner of a chest of drawers. One chair, awaiting cushion, one Ikea bookcase awaiting trinkets, one table, one hammer of the gods. (Doesn't everyone keep Mjolner in their living room?) More to be added later.

She is very cute. I can't wait to see what you do with her hair.

She is cute, and so lucky to have a hammer of the gods in her living room. I hope she can lift it, and doesn't need to wait on Thor to come for a visit just so she can use her coffee table. :-)

She looks gorgeous. Mjolner is an amazing touch, may I ask where you got it? Her room looks amazing, the IKEA huset is simply awesome, it's a perfect fit for makies.

I got mine from Forbidden Planet for £5.99, just took the keyring bit off (easy done, it's only on a little ring). They're sold out at the moment but looks like Amazon has some left.

She is lovely, and looks like she is making herself right at home.
