Which means I no longer endorse anyone buying anything from Amazon uk. Avoid them, they're liars and they don't care about customers at all.
Keep your money for small companies like Makies lab who DO care and love us all.

Oy vey. That makes me mad too and I'm not even the one affected! The part about how stinkin' long it took me to realize what the heck you were asking them is ridiculous. Don't they want to keep customers?

Clearly not.

They have a reputation for "losing" returns as well. they lost the last thing I returned but I got a reciept from the post office and wasn't taking their rubbish, they had to refund me. but man they're weasels.

Wow, that sucks. Although, as a US employee, we wouldn't have done that to you. Unfortunately, the customer service still goes through who knows where.
