Turning a Makie into a BJD!

Honestly, I'm really looking forward to hybriding Elisabeth for that reason! While I'm pleased with the work I did on the torso, the entire torso part is still shaped to thrust the chest area out. So even having sanded off the area, it still isn't... it isn't really right. She really does need a whole new body that accurately reflects her!

He looks fantastic! The head/body match has worked out really well.

@Okore - Thank you! I guess I'm probably done for now, unless I decide to do anything more with the neck joint (like line it with something to maybe spread out the tension from the S-hook). It's been so rewarding though, it's a lot more fun to pose Gil now.

The only problem is, my other makies now feel like so much less fun in comparison! 

Just a question about Gil, will you be doing the spoltches on his new body, like on his Makie body? 

He looks amazing on the new body, the head size is perfect scale!

@DollYay - definitely eventually! I don't currently have the time or space to unstring and spray the entire body. But I hope to eventually!
