I just discovered free shipping in the Makie store. Enjoy!

YAY! I was hoping we'd get free shipping soon. Suffice to say, August's brother jumped on into my cart lol. Along with some specs. Now I gotta order him a new wig and we're golden.

Awesome! Yay! Unfortunately, no more money. And Malice is already here. I have to sit this one out and wait till next time. For another Makie.

Ok so sounds like this is a bit of a lottery. They're testing something, so some people might get free shipping, some might not. Impossible to tell who'll get lucky. But whatever they're testing, here's hoping it means future lower shipping rates huh?

I wouldn't say no to cheaper shipping, though I honestly feel I'm getting a pretty good deal at $15.00 to get a package to Chicago. How did you find out it's lottery style? Did you get free shipping?

I was pleasantly surprised to get free shipping on Sour. If I had trusted it, I would have ordered more.

$15 shipping to the USA for a Makie isn't bad. It does usually prevent me from making seperate orders when accessories I want pop up. It is hard to justify $15 shipping on a $20 or $30 purchase.

Oooo, did you just order Sour? If so, that's great news! I have to admit, I had a similar problem. I kept thinking, how do I know this is real? Shouldn't I wait for actual information?

And I do think the $15.00 shipping deters me from buying the little things. I mean, I wouldn't complain if the shipping was cheaper or free. I wonder if it wouldn't make sense to do something like Amazon does--free shipping above a certain amount of money spent. I'm always so curious about the lab's experiments.

I get curious about the lab's ideas too. Jen mentioned some info about this one when someone questioned its availability on the facebook group. I really like it when she gives the group the scoop.

Yeah, me too. I really like it when Jen gives us information about the lab. Actually, I think my dream would be if the lab would release a "Makie from start to finish" video. Like, from the digital design, through printing, dyeing, assembling, dressing, face application, and printing. I'm a total nerd about Makies and I would love to accurately picture my Makie emerging from the printer, being dressed, packed up, etc.

Yeah! Something like that "How It's Made" show. I would find that fascinating.

YES! I remember those old pictures p_m imported into the forums here of the Makie faces in the nylon powder. I think I looked at those about 20 times.

I'd love to see that! Come on Makies, let us see the process!
