We have a chatroom

I'm still mucking about with this, but we HAVE a chatroom.
In the black bar across the top of the forum (the bit that says forummotion with a search bar) if you look to the right there's "welcome username" "notifications" and finally on the homepage "chat" (if this doesn't appear click the little grey arrow in the top right corner)
Click this to be brought to the chatbox.
If you browse away from the homepage it disappears but doesn't log you out, just navigate back to the home page and bring it up again to access the panel.
